Since moving our photography business to Georgia, I really treasure getting to work with Oklahoma photography clients on our visits home. I always love working with Ben, Piper, and little Sadie. I went to school with Ben and Piper, and was so excited when theY reached out to me about taking portraits of their family last November. See that beautiful autumnal family session here!
We had such a wonderful time at our last session, that I was so happy theY wanted to book with us again on our April trip to Oklahoma City. Although we are now doing most of our photography in Middle Georgia: Warner Robins, Macon, and Bonaire, I love getting to work with my Oklahoma City portrait photography clients when we visit.
Piper and Sadie have such a beautiful bond. You can tell how close they are and how much both Piper and Ben love Sadie. Piper had so much beautifully styled and planned for the session, but she also really impressed me with how well she handled timing and venue changes due to the huge storm and flooding we were dealing with during the portrait session. The night before their session, the weather stations confirmed we would need to inside for the shoot. A huge rain and wind storm was hitting the Metro. Thankfully, the Myriad Botanical Garden has some beautiful areas to shoot indoors. I love how they turned out! Ben took such good care of his girls during the session. He carted all the props around, braved the rain, was always checking to see if Piper needed anything, and gave Sadie lots of extra snuggles. He is such a wonderful dad!
Sadie is an absolute doll and was in a great mood the entire afternoon. This family is so special. They just love being around one another and it’s easy to see how much they enjoy each other’s company. This is a photographer’s dream! I loved capturing their family session and I can’t wait to show you my favorites!
